MyMaster Education Ltd. ("MyMaster" or "we" or "us") acknowledges that your personal information is important to you including the manner in which used and shared. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy. Any terms not specifically defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Service.

What does this Privacy Policy cover?

This Privacy Policy describes how MyMaster collects and uses information from its Users, including our treatment of personally identifiable information. This policy does not apply to websites/apps or practices of companies that MyMaster does not own or control, or to individuals that MyMaster does not employ or manage.

What information does MyMaster display or collect?

Information You Provide to Us

Without derogating from section 2 below, we receive and store any information you enter to the Site and the Services, whether via computer, mobile phone, other wireless device, or that you provide to us in any other way. This information may include, without limitation, personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") such as your name, user name, email address, passwords, phone number, profile picture, links to Facebook and LinkedIn profiles and any information with respect to musical education and playing instrument, school affiliation and location and any other information necessary for us to provide our Services.

MyMaster does not watch or follow the content uploaded to the Site unless we are directed by Users (or others) to investigate a violation of the Terms of Use or this Privacy Policy.

Please note that you have no legal obligation to provide us with any Personal Information and the submission of such information is entirely subject to your sole discretion and consent. However, if you will not provide us with the required Personal Information, we may not be able to provide you with the Services.

Information Collected Automatically

We use third party service providers to receive and store certain types of usage information whenever you use the Services; For example, Information from your browser including your IP address and Operating System. We also record the details of your activity on the Services, and the number and frequency of visitors to the Site and its components.The above-mentioned collected information in this paragraph does not necessarily reveal your identity directly but under some jurisdictions and data protection laws, this information may be considered as Personal Information.

A cookie is a small amount of data generated by a website and saved by your web browser. Its purpose is to remember information about the user, similar to a preference file created by a software application. MyMaster does not combine the general information collected through cookies with other Personal Information to tell us who you are or what your user name or email address is. Most browsers have an option for turning off the cookie feature, which will prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, as well as (depending on the sophistication of your browser software) allowing you to decide on acceptance of each new cookie in a variety of ways. 

The Services may also contain electronic images known as web beacons (also called single-pixel gifs) and are used along with cookies to compile aggregated statistics to analyze how the Services are used.

What does MyMaster use my information for?


The information we gather from Users enables us to personalize and improve our Services including allowing Users to set up a user account and Profile through the services.

MyMaster uses the information that you voluntarily provide us, to (Ι) engage in transactions with you and provide you the Services; (ΙI) send administrative or Services-related information to you; (III) answer your inquiries and provide you information regarding the Services; (IV) provide a personalized experience and implement preferences you request; (V) offer you additional Services which may interest you; (VΙ) develop and offer additional features, functionality and services.

MyMaster uses third party service providers (on MyMaster behalf), which together with MyMaster use the information that is automatically collected (as set forth above) to analyze the usage and performance of our Services.

How is children's personal information treated?

The Site and Services are not to be accessed and/or used by children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, please note that you are prohibited from using the Site and Services, and from sending and/or providing in any way any information including Personal Information about yourself to us. If we will learn we have collected such information from a child under 13 years of age, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Usage Information

MyMaster uses aggregate data from usage information to enable us to analyze how often Users use parts of the Services, so that will help us to customize and improve those Services, so we can make the Services appealing and relevant as possible to our Users. As part of our use of information, we may provide aggregate information to our partners or other third parties (in a non-personally-identifiable format) about how our Users use our Site and Services. We may share this type of statistical data so that our partners or other third parties also understand how often people use our partners' services and the Services to help provide you with an optimal online experience. We may link usage information to Personal Information that we collect through the services, but we will only use this linked information internally, and will not disclose it in linked format to third parties. Additionally, certain usage-related information may be viewable in your Profile that may be displayed to other Users.

Will MyMaster share any of the Personal it receives?

Personal Information about our Users is an integral part of our business. We neither rent nor sell your Personal Information;We may share Personal Information about you with the following third parties in the following circumstances; (Ι) with third party service providers and other third parties (including other Users) who have a legitimate purpose for accessing it, and in connection with the provision of the Service; (ΙΙ) with our subsidiaries, sister or parent companies; (ΙΙΙ) with other person or entity, as part of our reorganization, merger, sell of our control or substantial portion of our business or other corporate change, including, during the course of any due diligence process with respect to the aforesaid (ΙV) if required by law in order to prevent, investigate, or take action regarding illegal activities or in response to legal process, court orders, subpoenas, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; all provided that the receiving entity will undertake to comply with this policy. Transfer of Personal Information Out of European Economic Area

Please note that Personal Information may be transferred, accessed and stored globally as necessary for the uses and disclosures stated herein in accordance with this Privacy Policy. By providing your Personal Information you consent to transferring your personal information to our affiliates and third-party service providers outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”). We and our Service providers, have implemented appropriate safeguards for transfers of personal information originating from the EEA to other countries.

Protection of MyMaster and Others

We may release Personal Information when we believe in good faith that such release is necessary to comply with applicable law (such as to comply with a subpoena); enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of MyMaster, our employees, our Users, or others. We will try to provide you notice if we release information for these reasons, however you acknowledge that we reserve the right not to, as it may not be practical, legal, or safe to do so.

Is information about me secure?

The Personal Information you provide MyMaster and/or the Site and/or the Services is protected by a password for your privacy and security. We also use reasonable standard coding practices which take steps to prevent attack on our Services from web browsers and malicious scripts.

To protect against unauthorized access to your Account and Personal Information you are required to select and protect your password appropriately and limit access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your Account. 

MyMaster endeavors to keep your information and Personal Information private; however, we cannot guarantee security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of such User information. What other choices do I have?

You can always opt not to disclose any information, though in such event we might be unable to provide you some or all of our Services.

You are able to update certain information. 

You may request deletion of your MyMaster Account. 

You can ask to remove all your Personal Information. To request removal of your Personal Information from the Site, contact us at In some cases, we may not be able to remove such information, and in such event, we will let you know that we are unable to do so and the reason.

We will retain your Personal Information for as long as your Account is active or as long as needed to provide you the Services; we also may retain and use your Personal Information as we deem it necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.

Privacy Rights

With derogating any other rights set forth under this Privacy Policy, if we process Personal Information related to you when you are in the EU, we will take reasonable efforts in supporting your following privacy rights (Ι) the right to know what Personal Information we hold about you, where we process it and the right to access such information; (ΙΙ) the right to have any inaccurate Personal Information we hold about you rectified and the right to have any incomplete details completed; (ΙΙΙ) the right to have your Personal Information erased without delay unless we have to comply with a legal obligation. Such right shall apply only in certain circumstances, such as that your Personal Information is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which we collected it or you withdraw consent for us to process it; (ΙV) the right to restrict or object to the processing of your Personal Information if you contest its accuracy, claim that it was processed unlawfully or in the event we no longer require the Personal Information for the purposes of our processing. Where processing has been restricted on this basis, we may continue to store your Personal Information; (V) the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your Personal Information. Such right will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal; (VΙ) the right to receive your Personal Information from us in an accessible and readable format; (VΙΙ) the right to object to the processing of your Personal Information for direct marketing purposes; (VΙΙΙ) the right to file a complaint with an information protection supervisory authority.

Will MyMaster ever change this Privacy Policy?

We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time for any reason. Use of information we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected. If we make changes in the way we use Personal Information, we will notify you via email or by posting an announcement on the Site two (2) weeks prior to the change becoming effective. Users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when he or she uses the Services after the conclusion of such two (2) week period. This notice period only applies to changes to the Privacy Policy; you understand that it may not be possible in certain situations to provide advance notice of other changes to this Privacy Policy (for example, where a change is necessary to comply with legal requirements).
